Be Our Guest Restaurant - Lunch Reservations Starting February 25th!

We ate lunch at Be Our Guest on our last trip to Disney World and it was fantastic!  At that time, we had received a fastpass invitation to dine there.  Starting on February 25th, you will be able to make a lunch reservation.  I have a feeling this will be a stressful experience as the amount of people calling/logging on to make this reservation will be overwhelming.  It is not just the people who have a trip 180 days out that will be trying to make a reservation, but everyone who is planning a trip to Disney World in the future.

So far Disney has not said what time these reservations will open up.  I'm not sure if it will be in the morning when the usual dining window opens or if it will be at 12 AM on February 25th.  We recently made our fastpass reservations and learned the hard way that if Disney doesn't specifiy a time, it can start at any time. We were at our computers at 12 AM and were clicking refresh until 1 AM when we were finally able to make our fastpass reservations.  From what I saw on the internet, this happened to some people while other people were able to make them right at 12 AM.

The ordering process was a little slow and confusing for some, so I'm curious to see if it will run smoother this time.  It sounds like you will be order your food online before the day you dine.

We all enjoyed our meals which seemed a step up from the other quick service restaurants in the parks. After our meal we took the time to walk around to the different rooms in the castle and take pictures.
